Or Close If you ever notice that when you click on your start button, that it takes Windows XP awhile to open the menu, you’ll want to follow this guide. Please note: typically when you notice a rather large slowdown, that it means that you are running low on system memory. then
Type regedit then click

Navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

On the Right Hand Side, locate the key named MenuShowDelay, then double click on it, then change the value of MenuShowDelay to a lower value (0-400, a setting of 0, for some people, is to fast….for this guide I chose 100 but feel free to choose any value between 0 and 400)

Mine doesn't show MenuShowDelay.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
