Image Windows XP includes a calculator that I would describe as being extremely basic barebones calculator. Microsoft does have a free calculator upgrade, to jazz up the look and give the calculator more functionality. So if you are sick of the drab, basic calculator, then download the upgrade and super size your calculator.

In order to use this I have to allow MS to run an app on my PC every time it starts. All the software makers would like this. If I allowed all of them to do this my PC would become a very exspensive paper wieght.

This is not true. Why do you think that installing this would cause an app to run on your pc everytime you start it?
