diagnostic tool  msconfig  System utility  xp tweak 

Image MS has released an update that adds a new tools option to your system configuration utility (ie. msconfig). When you view the new tools tab you will see a list of diagnostic tools (don't hold your breath, most of the tools included on this list are tools that are already available in XP).

In addition, you can customize this list to include any utility that you want by creating an XML file.

Just formated an re installed XP Pro and all of its hotfixs and updates. No new tools to MSCONFIG.

So where is the "new Tools" tab at?
