If you live in the United States you definitely will want to make sure your PC is updated prior to the Day Light Savings time change that will be going into effect this Sunday. …you will want to make sure your PC is updated by going to Windows Update, scanning, then installing the DST update. We can thank the United States Congress for this irritation.

Are these programs going to know if you live in a state that does not change time zone? I constantaly get the message that I should have done something about the time zone change but I don't live in one of those states that change. So can I just delete the whole thing which takes up unwanted room anyways?
