Or Close Although Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows Mail, and Microsoft Outlook Express can send and receive e-mail through the Internet, they are different programs with different capabilities. You cannot synchronize the information stored in these programs. If you have an e-mail message that is stored in Windows Mail or in Outlook Express, that e-mail message is not automatically available in Outlook.
