One of the few nice things about Microsoft is when they offer a product or a tool for free. If you are like me, then any time you hear about a "freebie" you take advantage of it. This works well for the informed XP user (ie. the informed XP user are the users that frequent XP related sites and read the news on a daily or weekly basis), but not so well for the uninformed XP user. These "freebies" aren't marketed much at all (after all, Microsoft isn't making a penny off of these, so why would they want to spend any money advertising them). So, if you aren't looking, chances are you missed 'em....which leads me to the topic of this installment of XP Exposed, Microsoft Freebies, which contains a listing of these Freebies and the links, so you can get 'em if you missed 'em (AND, I would like to note that these Freebies are 100% Free so that means, No Ads, No SPAM, No Shipping Charges...No Catch!) .
Freebies. What exactly does that mean? In my opinion it means no cost, no spam, no catch....which I'm sure you would agree. All to often these days when we are told something is free and it ends up having some horrible catch. No such thing as a free thing, or Catch 22 were the phrases we coined.
