Please Enter New Tags Separated By Comma's

speed up 

Click Start then Control Panel then select System then click on the Advanced Tab then under Performance click on Settings

Disable (uncheck) the following:

  • Fade or slide menus into view
  • Fade or slide ToolTips into view
  • Fade out menu items after clicking
  • Show Shadows under menus
  • Slide open combo boxes
  • Slide taskbar buttons
  • Use a background image for each folder type
  • Use common tasks in folders

Click Apply and your new settings will take effect.

The fastes settings

The fastes setting, would be turn them all off, but that might make some funny icons on your desktop.
